Baby Massage 

These lovely nourishing and nurturing classes blend baby massage techniques and  acupressure points along with fun interactive movements that support your baby; supporting you and your baby with specific conditions and helping you to gently bond with each other.

Baby massage fosters mutual trust, understanding & develops your confidence with your baby.

Baby massage is the art of massaging an infant using gentle strokes to induce sleep, increase bonding and improve your baby’s immune system, their circulation and gently stimulating their digestive system.

Benefits of baby massage are:

Baby massage is a natural response to your baby’s inherent need for tactile stimulation and can support various ailments from poor appetite, tummy concerns, bowel movements, sleep, congestion etc
Suitable for babies from 4 weeks postnatally.

A 2006 overview by Liddle et al. of studies looking at the effects of massage on the babies of depressed mothers found that massage therapy had positive effects on both the mother and the infants.

Well Woman Happy Baby classes

Baby & Mummy Yoga – this playful form of yoga blends together a gentle flowing baby & mummy sequence; supporting your baby and helping you to reconnect with your postpartum body focusing on the elasticity of your pelvic floor, gently reconnecting and supporting your womb through the use of massage and re-engaging your core muscles.


These classes support both you and your baby.  We nourish and nurture mummies blending postnatal & Well Woman yoga techniques to help you gently reconnect with your pelvic floor, regain stability, realign your body whilst gently strengthening and closing your post-birth body.  Truly magical.

Suitable for women from 6 weeks postnatally (this is dependent on your birth – please email Claire to discuss as some mamas come along earlier than 6 weeks) and offering gentle stretches to tone and nurture your postnatal body, ease tiredness and aid the transition into motherhood.

Family Baby Massage on a 1:1 basis


Gorgeous opportunity for you as a family to come along and learn baby massage. Class time to suit you and your baby.

Suitable for babies from 4 weeks postnatally.

Class spaces:  Maximum of 1 family per appointment
Duration: 5 weeks

Postnatal Reconnection

Suitable for mummies.

This is a mummies only appointment …babies are welcome to come along with you.

Postnatal reconnection appointments.

Ideally 3-4 weeks after a vaginal birth or 6 weeks after a c-section birth.
This session is to reconnect to your abdominal space, your pelvic floor, to identify if there are any areas that need to be released.
1:1 sessions 90 minutes with option to rebook and work on YOUR postnatal recovery.

Appointment:  90 minutes on a 1:1 basis see booking system to make an appointment.
Days available:  As arranged with client – preferably a Thursday or Friday
Duration: 1 appointment for 90 minutes with rebook option to be booked at end of the first session.  Payment can be taken via portable payment card reader.
Cost:  £47.50 for 1.5 hours

    I love Claires classes, I started at 14 weeks pregnant and despite having a fear of giving birth I found myself relaxing and welcoming what was to come, I had a good labour and I put this down to Claire, someone I can trust. WWHB is even better, we do a little baby massage, baby yoga, sensory which all the mummies love, mummy yoga, and finished with tea and cake. My favourite day of the week.
