Hello, I’m Claire, and I’m privileged to assist clients navigating the journey of conception, pregnancy, family support, and working with non-pregnant individuals.

Combining my love for teaching and learning, I have the honour of facilitating various classes, including pregnancy yoga, well woman happy baby yoga & massage, and well woman yoga. My passion lies in promoting the incredible benefits of yoga during and after pregnancy, as well as for overall well-being. The adapted yoga moves, beautiful flows, and incorporation of diverse tools make the experience truly fabulous. Many of my past clients have shared enthusiastic feedback.

With over 30 years of educational experience along with personal life experiences, I draw on a wealth of knowledge in my classes. I began practicing yoga at the age of 10 and have consistently found it beneficial, especially during my pregnancies. Yoga has become an integral part of my daily rhythm, and over the last two decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 1400 families through private one-on-one sessions and group classes.

I firmly believe that childbirth is an empowering experience, and every woman/birthing person deserves full support in making choices aligned with their preferences. Emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual support during motherhood is crucial.

Our families and children contribute significantly to our personal journey in this world. Embracing life fully, I’ve encountered families facing daily challenges, yet they offer immense support and enrich the lives of those around them. The idea that our paths are chosen gifts prompts us to navigate with positivity and support, cherishing every encounter and experience.

I do not provide discounted spots as I believe my pricing is fair, aligning with my extensive training and experience. Nevertheless, recognizing the financial stress that can accompany pregnancy and the postnatal period, I understand these times can be challenging. If finances are a concern, I encourage you to propose a reasonable offer rather than abstaining from the classes. This applies even if your financial situation changes after securing a class spot.

I am also open to the possibility of skill swaps or exchanging services, providing flexibility in how you can access my offerings.

Additionally, I do not offer one-off taster classes, as a singular session may not yield the full benefits. It is my aim to ensure that your engagement with my classes is both meaningful and beneficial to your specific needs.
