Pregnancy Yoga from 13/14 weeks onwards
The classes run for an hour and a half which includes discussions and time to make new friendships.
Costs:
Option 1:
Classes can be booked in 10 week blocks with the option to extend with further block bookings.
10 continuous weeks Β£160.00
There are a maximum of 3 spaces per class.Β

Β£45.00 forΒ a 1:1 class for 1 1/2 hours per week.
